Choices. There are always so many to make about anything and everything, however the choices we make as parents are some of the most important choices we'll ever make. In today's episode, not only do I cover how we can make good choices as parents, but how we can avoid (most of) the overwhelm and frustration that comes with even some of the hardest choices. I provide you with questions to ask yourself as you make choices that benefit your children and the relationship you have with them, as well as how you can role-model good decision-making to your children so they can learn how to make healthy, wise choices for themselves now and in their futures.
