What do we do in real time when our kids are having meltdowns, being disrespectful, having an attitude, taking a tone with us or being outright defiant? Well, that's exactly the question I'm going to answer today, because as we all know, THESE are NOT the fun parts of parenting, but they are a necessary part that we must go through (and probably put our parents through) in order to teach our kids better ways of processing, behaving and communicating and to grow ourselves, as parents.
