Finding Presence in Parenting

Hola, friends! We come to you today from Mexico! We have been on vacation here since last Tuesday, and leave this coming Tuesday, July 19th. We have had a wonderful time here and are greatly enjoying our Summer vacation in general, but we are super aware that it's now been over a month since we have published an episode! So we're back, and today we're doing a super short episode on how our culture and societal expectations can keep us on an ever-moving treadmill that is hard to get off. We discuss how we can slow down as people, but especially as parents, to be more PRESENT in our children's lives. How we can actually put those to-do lists on hold, take a moment for ourselves and be fully present with our children and each other.
